Dr. Ernest Rex Tan

Dr. Ernest Rex Tan, Founder and Director of Smile Inc.® Dental Surgeons, embarked on his dental career after graduating from the National University of Singapore in 1991, and the renowned postgraduate Masters program in Restorative Dentistry from the Eastman Dental Institute (U.C.L.) in London, U.K. in 1994. The specialist training provided in Dr. Tan a firm foundation in managing the many complex reconstructive and cosmetic challenges that his patients present.

Dr. Ernest Rex Tan, has been a Specialist in Prosthodontics and key cosmetic dental surgeon in Singapore and the region these past 30 years. He started Smile Inc.® Dental Surgeons, a household name, and is the first dental surgeon in Singapore to perform (and popularize) the revolutionary Britesmile Laser Teeth Whitening procedure in Singapore and Asia since 1997. Dr. Ernest Rex Tan is also an authority in the field of cosmetic dental work, having worked extensively on his popular hallmark procedure, the Smile Inc.® Makeover. which comprise Dr. Tan’s trademark procedures on Straight White Teeth and Smile Lifts. These have been widely covered in publications and the media, both past and present.

His Prosthodontic expertise and focus on Reconstructive and Cosmetic Dentistry has built a successful practice in Full Mouth Reconstruction, Dental Implantology, Teeth Whitening, Smile Makeovers and Cosmetic Dentistry.

Dr. Tan’s success in his field is the result of years of experience and expertise gained from transforming and beautifying thousands of smiles and managing many complex aesthetic cases.

Dr. Nancy Wong

Dr. Nancy Wong, a graduate of the National University of Singapore, received her Bachelor Degree in Dental Surgery in 1991. She has been with Smile Inc.® Dental Surgeons since its inception in 1997. Having been in practice for 30 years, she has special interests in treating children, patients with root canal problems and elderly patients needing dentures.

Dr. Wong finds it exceptionally fulfilling to build rapport with her young patients, and derives great satisfaction in assisting these children in eliminating their dental fears. Her patience and passion for her work has helped many apprehensive patients of any age overcome their fear of dentists. In areas of root canal procedures, Dr. Wong finds fulfilment in eliminating dental pain arising from root canal problems and has established tremendous trust with her patients.
